  • How long does it take for my photos to be edited and sent back to me?
    It typically takes us a week to get it all done. We will notify you if it takes longer than that due to certain circumstances.
  • Why am I paying a non-refundable deposit?
    Deposits for all services, photo or DJ, covers the following: -Day and time of photoshoot/DJ event. -Travel expense
  • What if I have an emergency and need to cancel or reschedule?
    We completely understand emergencies happen. If this happens to you, please give us a call ASAP at 757-344-0811. Deposits are unfortunately non-refundable, however, if you want to reschedule, you will not have to pay a second deposit.
  • Is the setup time included in the hourly fee?
    Yes, all rates include the time it takes to set up and break down.
  • What are your methods of payment?
    We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card, CashApp, or Zelle.
  • When do I pay for my photoshoot session or DJ event?
    You can pay anytime before the shoot/event or before the shoot/event is over.
  • When do I pay my deposit?
    For Weddings, we ask that you pay the deposit at least one month before your wedding date. For all other events, we ask that you pay at least 2 weeks before your event date.
  • Can I split up the cost such as half on a card and the other half in cash and/or CashApp/Zelle?
    Absolutely!
