  • Local Pickup: Customers can choose local pickup at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after shipping.

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days after shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

4. Cancellations and Order Changes

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mydcproductions.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other unforeseen circumstances, including weather, holidays, or natural disasters.

  • Once the package is handed over to USPS, we have no control over transit times.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Dominique Crawford Productions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at info@mydcproductions.com with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
